入住與退房時間｜Check-in & Check-out

• 入住時間：15:00 後
  Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• 退房時間：11:00 前
  Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

延遲退房收費｜ Late Check-out Fees

• 14:00 前：加收房價 1/3
  Before 2:00 PM: 1/3 of room rate
• 16:00 前：加收房價 1/2
  Before 4:00 PM: 1/2 of room rate
• 16:00 後：加收全日房價
  After 4:00 PM: Full room rate
  ※ 若住房率高，本館有權婉拒延遲退房申請。
  ※ Late check-out may be declined during peak occupancy.
  ※ 依實際報價為主。
  ※ Actual charges will be based on the final quoted price.

館內設施｜ Hotel Facilities

• 5樓：飲水機、投幣洗衣機
  5F: Water dispenser, coin laundry
• 9樓：製冰機、健身房
  9F: Ice machine, gym
• 1樓櫃檯可借用物品：雨傘、熨斗、冰桶、針線包、化妝鏡、充電線、電蚊液、電暖爐、萬用轉接頭、嬰兒床、澡盆組、奶瓶消毒鍋等(部分物品需提早預約)
  1F Front Desk: Umbrella, iron, ice bucket, sewing kit, mirror, charger, mosquito repellent, heater, adapter, baby crib, bath set, bottle sterilizer, etc.(Some items may require advance reservation.)

響應環保｜ Go Green

• 減少對環境的影響，「續住期間」我們將不主動更換床單組與毛巾。
  每日僅提供基本客房整理服務，包括清理垃圾、浴室清潔與整理床鋪。
  若您需要更換毛巾，請將使用過的毛巾放置於浴缸或洗臉盆內。
  若您需要更換床單組，請通知大廳櫃台，另安排更換。
• To help reduce our environmental impact, we will not change bed linens and towels during your extended stay.
•  Daily housekeeping service will include only basic room tidying, such as trash removal, bathroom cleaning, and bed making.
• If you would like your towels replaced, please place used towels in the bathtub or sink.
• If you require bed linen replacement, please inform the front desk and we will make arrangements.

住宿規範｜ House Rules

• 請依訂房人數入住，超出人數者將被拒絕.
  Only registered guests may stay. Extra guests may be refused.
• 07:00 前與 22:00 後請降低音量.
  Keep noise down before 7:00 AM and after 10:00 PM
• 健身房開放時間7:00-21:00.
  Gym Opening Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• 房卡遺失酌收 NT$100
  Lost room card: NT$100
• 請妥善保管個人物品.
  Please safeguard your belongings
• 離房時請關燈、冷氣並鎖門.
  Turn off lights/AC and lock the door when leaving.
• 禁止烹煮、烘衣、賭博、喧嘩、吸毒.
  No cooking, drying clothes on lamps, gambling, loud noise, or drug use.
• 禁止攜帶違禁品、槍械、危險物品.
  No firearms, hazardous or illegal items allowed.
• 睡前請確認房門上鎖.
  Ensure your door is locked before sleeping.
• 公共區域請著裝整齊並保持安靜.
  Dress appropriately and keep quiet in public areas.
• 客房內不得放置自行車.
  Bicycles are not allowed to be placed inside guest rooms.
• 請熟悉逃生路線.
  Familiarize yourself with emergency exits.

禁菸與寵物｜ No Smoking & No Pets

• 全館禁菸，違者罰 NT$2,000–10,000 並酌收清潔費 NT$4,500
  Smoking is prohibited. Violators may be fined NT$2,000–10,000 and charged NT$4,500 for cleaning.
• 禁帶寵物（導盲犬除外），違者酌收清潔費 NT$2,000
  No pets allowed (except guide dogs). Cleaning fee: NT$2,000.

 夜間服務｜Late Night Service

• 23:00 後如需毛巾、浴巾、棉被、枕頭、礦泉水、衣架、熨斗.....等，請至 1F 櫃檯領取
  After 11:00 PM, if you need towels, bath towels, blankets, pillows, bottled water, hangers, or an iron, please kindly proceed to the front desk on the 1st floor for assistance.
